Do you consider yourself as “disabled” or a “person with disabilities”?

It’s an interesting and provocative question.

One that author Erica Mones brings up in her new article: “I Refer to Myself as Disabled, Because My Disability Is Central to Who I Am.”

I think each of us will react differently and defend our decision in a unique and personal way.

Hence, the reason for this article.

The Treasury announced late Wednesday that Social Security beneficiaries who typically do not file a tax return will automatically get the $1,200 payment.
