We all have them. Whether we keep them a secret to ourselves or proclaim them to the world.
I guess mine are now hardly secret.
But here I go, taking the plunge…
My resolutions for 2022
1. To give as much to my Epilepsy Talk family as you give to me
2. To listen more closely to others
3. To be more patient
4. To be more understanding
5. To be a better problem solver
6. To be more proactive rather than reactive. (That’s a toughie.)
7. To spend a little less time working (!)
8. To spend more time with my extended family
9. To laugh more — it’s good for the soul (and brainwaves)
10. And of course, to lose 10 pounds!

I've been a professional copywriter for over 35 years. I also had epilepsy for decades. My mission is advocacy; to increase education, awareness and funding for epilepsy research. Together, we can make a huge difference. If not changing the world, at least helping each other, with wisdom, compassion and sharing.
So #10,, I can only say use real 100% virgin unrefined coconut oil. You will lose weight plus you may end up having LESS seizures. http://www.carringtonfarms.com I use it more in the summer time, early fall & late spring MAY to OCT, as suntan lotion / protection from the sun. THAT WORKS BETTER than the toxic P&G lotions that can make all seizure thresholds weaker. PLUS eating OR drinking it when it is liquid form helps with ACID REFLUX, HEARTBURN & INDIGESTION, with a good cleansing of the digestive system, which with all P&G lotions you can not do that. You also can use it for DENTAL DETOXING along with BRUSHING & FLOSSING that P&G lotions you can not do that. If you get too much of it on your hands, just rub it on your hair, face or wherever. Again, you couldn’t do that with P&G lotions.
