Epilepsy Talk

I’m going over to the other side… | February 19, 2016

Where I have never been since Epilepsy Talk was born. A land where there is no cyberspace, no desktop, laptop, or tablet computers.

See you Wednesday, February 24, 2016.

Wish me luck.   🙂

  4. I think I’ll see if I can follow your example. I pay all my bills online. So, I’ll have to get on for that. But that’s all.i did this a couple of years ago and lasted 5 days.

  5. Let’s see how long I’ll last. But I’m going somewhere far away from computer, so unless I desperately need a “fix”, I’ll only have a phone! 🙂

  6. I went with out any tech, for 10 years no computer, cell phone, cable, until’ I lost my job and realized nobody does paper-apps anymore. which forced me to buy a computer in 2014, just so I could find a job—than I discovered fb. I still don’t have cable, but have a trac-phone

  7. I WISH I lived in a “techless” world. But tough to have a website (plus participate on 15 Facebook pages) without it.

Now I have tech up to my ears — smart phone, laptop, iPad and desk computer.

So you can see why I like to go unplugged whenever I can. (Which isn’t often!)

  8. I am wonder Phylis what you tell people when they say to you that you should not be on a computer because of Epilepsy.? I took a lot of flac from family when I suffered with epilepsy about tech but it is hard to get away from it. I took a lot of flac about having a life but oh well life goes on. Have a nice time on the other side.

  9. Well, my case is the opposite. First, of all my epilepsy is controlled.

Secondly, I’m married to a techie!

    So the result is irrefutable.

And happily, I never had photosensitive epilepsy.
