Who can believe it?
Where I came from, divorce was a way of life.
Loving and leaving, with arguing and abuse in between.
My mother left my step-father so often, I had a permanent suitcase packed.
Just in case she wanted to take me with her.
Now, it’s just the opposite.
I even learned how to fight clean!
From the dearest, most patient, most loving man on the planet.
He’s the best. I’m not always.
But I’ll always know that I love and I’m loved for the long haul.
Congratulations to you! 🎉 Well done 👏💐 xxx

Congratulations! It’s a job well done by you and your husband. I know how good you must feel because last July was 45 years for me.
My last anniversary was a special one because I could tell my wife “Of all the years we’ve been married, the majority of the time you’ve had a seizure-free husband.”.
Hope you enjoy this anniversary and many more to come!
