    I believe I can relate. In January of ’22, I found out I had to have surgery because of my abdominal aorta aneurysm (AAA) but first I had to have the heart looked at. After the third and final test, I was waiting for them to tell me I was doing OK. Instead, I hear I have blockage in all five arteries and I’m not going home. In fact, they were doing the quintuple bypass the next morning. Two months later, they do the AAA surgery which led to complications that led to two more surgeries.

    I had every reason to be upset and scared but ever since I had my temporal lobectomy in 2000, I don’t fear anything and I feel in control of everything.
