Happy Birthday. But tell me this,, WHY are they called birthdays ? as I asked my pastor that & said to him, Isn’t it, when the day you are born, that is the beginning of death, and when on that day you do die, that day is the beginning of life forever in heaven ? He said to me I was right & he never thought of it that way, but had no answer why they are called BIRTHdays. 6-25-60 started my death, & God only knows when my life will start for actually living a life finally.
Very Happy Birthday young Lady, but from my elderly perspective 66 is merely middle aged! However, being the eternal nit picker (my wife uses a stronger expression!) I must point out that in mathmatics the opposite of the positive integer N is -N and tnerefore the opposite of 66 is -66 not that it matters a hoot!
When I hit 66 I told myself that the illusion of age was promoted by a eastern syndicate (that’s my story and I’m sticking to it)!
Therefore in light of that I tell myself that I’m really only 29. Unfortunately my body doesn’t agree.
Happy birthday as everyone else has said; I do have one “solution” to your dislike of being 66 instead of 65!! it was a tip from a friend – you are only 50-15!! It sounds more believable when you say it rather than write it! So, I am only 60-10 and not 70!! I sounds so much younger!!!
I've been a professional copywriter for over 35 years. I also had epilepsy for decades.
My mission is advocacy; to increase education, awareness and funding for epilepsy research.
Together, we can make a huge difference. If not changing the world, at least helping each other, with wisdom, compassion and sharing.
Have a great Birthday weekend Phylis! Hope it is a great one! Not bad till you hit 70 right.!

Well, that’s how I see it.
66 (plus?) is what it’s all about.
As for the real math, I don’t quite get the -66, but I’ll leave that up to you. 🙂
