The Dalai Lama on Life | September 22, 2011

A question was posed to the Dalai Lama:

“What is the thing about humanity that surprises you the most?”

His answer was as follows:

“Man” – Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money.

Then he sacrifices his money to recuperate his health.

And then he is so anxious about the future that he doesn’t enjoy the present,

And as a result he doesn’t live in the present or the future.

And he lives as if he’s never going to die,

And then he dies having never really lived.”

In order to live at times we forget about ourselves, get dressed, go to our jobs. Our health and times is forgotten if we do not eat our breakast or lunch.

We do not exercise, we snack. We have pressures of work that need to be done to keep our job.

LEARNING FROM EXPERIENCE IS EAT a BALANCED DIET, SLEEP and EAT a BALANCED DIET.

OUR HEALTH IS BETTER and WE LIVE ! Stresses will always be around us no matter what we deal with!

Good thing they didn’t ask me that question…”What…… surprises you the most”.For me, Everytime I think I’ve seen it all, something comes along that is even more incredible than that! My only surprise would be if I didn’t get surprised.
