The perfect fortune…  | March 27, 2022

I got these words of wisdom in a fortune cookie last night, after a delicious dinner.

The cookie was pretty good, but the fortune was even better…

“The best exercise for the heart is to reach down

and help someone up.”

Need I say more?

  2. I was in the hospital again on Friday. I was one thing by the nurse and I didn’t have anything done except blood work and wet towel where I hit my head and hit was bleeding.
Paramedics even saw swelling difference between my wrists.
I’ve been trying to get an Epilepsy advocate so I can be taken seriously and real as I don’t feel as though I have since in the past 4 years!
I’ve been my own advocate. Though that may be positive in many situations in others where people are ignorant about Epilepsy and damn me and treat me as if I am (to them, not to myself) worthless as someone did again on Friday after I tried to ask a question and he flipped out on me within 2-5 minutes of the question. Demanding “what are you doing about your Mental Health?!” Repeatedly until he actually listened to me when I said I was just in the hospital for Epileptic Reasons!!
He ignorantly asked “When did you take your last pills?! Did they give you any??”
There was someone sitting calm behind this male that was ready to put me in handcuffs and read the “Miranda Rights” to me for trying to find out about something that happened to me almost 7 years ago!!
I’ve been in hospital a lot more after that just for Epileptic reasons even Status Epilepticus ( several times) and a Coma(once!)

The perpetrator that I was asking about is still out there for all I know because of people like them!!

I was locked out of the my apartment and my Cat was torn away from me when we were still in the apartment I already paid rent the month and The next month because I was told that everything that I went and was going through was against my Human Rights! That wasn’t a lawyer who told me!
I’ve been going through derogatory comments that I have never heard before until after 2018!!!

I can’t get in touch with my relatives because their phone numbers have changed.

I’ve been going through Hell and back because I live with disabilities and Epilepsy is forthright!!

    My friends are not around!
Certain people who I don’t know who they are and I don’t want to know are waiting for me to have the Status Epilepticus to end all to put me into a Coma again or SUDEP!!
These people or person had been trying for almost a decade!!

I’m treated as though I have a fried brain from illegal/ legal drugs and alcohol?!

My booklets about Epilepsy were even stolen 4 years ago!
No one wanted to learn about Epilepsy, said boldly to my face!!

Where I am there isn’t Epilepsy advocacy before Covid-19 was a daily used word as well “sanitization”!!
    Especially for VOVs

    When is enough too much?!

Thanks again for letting me vent!!

    • Taima,,, Print several copies of these remarks you posted here & mail it to the as many social workers, journalists, healthcare magazines, disability lawyers, community volunteers & hospital managers as you can find in close proximity of your address & ask for help in dealing with the maltreatment you had been going through for years.
While talking to therapists may help you to resolve the traumatic hardships you had been going through, the experience may help you to discover a whole different way to cope with your hardships in dealing with the Doctors treating your epileptic seizures.
Trust me, I had been in your shoes until my friends stood by my hospital bed & challenged the hospital Doctors who were treating me like a drug addict hallucinating from drug overdose, while I was having multiple grand mal seizures from luck of consistent & adequate medications.
Fight back & make this world a better place to live for many more victims of medical maltreatment.
      Best Wishes!

  3. Seems like ALL you have done alone, you did it alone without any help from God alone. Psalm 32:8 I will instruct thee, and teach thee in the way though thou go. I will guide thee with my eye upon you. There is also ISAIAH 41:10, and JOHN 15:5 ( Apart from me, you can do nothing.) which all of that chapter, will tell you and make you ask, ARE YOU PART OF THE VINE or of the many branches more like twigs that are burned to nothing. It’s time you let God help you. Besides the other drugs & alike, I know everything you are living with & how others DO & FEEL about you. I self taught all I know about seizures for othe 61+ years I have lived with them. I KNOW by having seizures, that I NEVER did the drugs, hanged out with the WRONG CROWDS, I DID feel unwanted, NEVER needed, could never be in the JOIN THE CROWD of the groups I thought I could be like, UNTIL A SEIZURE SHOWED THEM WHAT 1 WAS LIKE FROM ME. Then you live REALITY from the seizure life forever from those people & others who knows you have seizures.
