  2. The brain does not lie, like some doctors say it does, mainly theirs. Treat the brain with ”respect” not abuse.

  3. Factoid-There are said to be 37 trillion human cells in an average human and yet there are about three times as many non human cells … The so-called Microbiota…including bacteria, yeasts, viruses etc. (we are more non-human than we are human ?!)

    Most of the bacterial cells are vital which is why the improper use of antibiotics can cause terrible side effects … and it is also why the sensible use of probiotics especially healthy Kefir can be very beneficial, especially to one’s mood, digestion and even energy level.
