Poetry Is Music To The Soul… | August 10, 2019

And we souls with epilepsy could use a little music.  But, since we can’t hear you, we’ll have to settle for the written word.

So, whether it’s lyrics or poetry…write on!

  1. I had a battle with my boss;
    And as always, it was a loss.

    I do not ask for undue praise;
    All I want is my promised raise!

    (Sometimes you just have to smile at life even when things are down)

    And honestly, neurologically, these seizures are not commonly
    Spoke about, why? Because it fucks with you psychologically
    I know these doctors wanna help, prescribing pills with generosity
    But believe me when I tell you they’ve created a monstrosity
