I have a friend who was real sick. I called up his wife to find out what was going on. I had all ready heard about the recall.

She told me all of the symptoms he had. They fit the recall. I asked her what she was giving him for his illness. She told me Tylenol. His doctor had tried antibiotics and they did not work.

I suggested that they throw away the Tylenol. They did not believe me. After all, the medicines affected, tylenol, benadryl, motrin and St. Josephs aspirin were still on the shelves.

I know that they must have called their doctor. He would have been to embarrassed to tell them the truth. He was sick for 4 weeks. He had the most severe case. He had a musty, mold smell, his wife told me. He got well once the tylenol was gone.

Are they saying they are recalling because people are getting sick from the smell?? I’ve been sick for three weeks with Diarrhea…I couldn’t trace what it was from. Everyone in the house ate the same things and no one sick. The only thing diffrent for me was I was taking the Tylenol Arthritis. I’ve seen the things on TV but they say it’s for the easy open caps. When I stopped taking the pills the Diarrhea stopped. The code number came up today when I went to the website. So how can they say people are only getting sick from the smell? It’s the actual taking of the product!! And what if any are the long term effects??? I can not believe I’ve been poisoned by a product as well known as Tylenol.
